“Veteranbåt Bjørghild” is a Norwegian-registered, non-profit organization.

The core objectives of the organization are the continued preservation of the historic vessel Bjørghild.

Parallel to this, we are committed to the active promotion of Norwegian maritime heritage and the classic traditions of wooden boatbuilding. This work is made possible through private funding and, most importantly, on the philosophy of keeping the vessel in active operational use.
